Odisha Tourism (Amendment) Policy, 2026

Minimum room threshold for 3-star+ hotel classification reduced to 10 rooms. Capital Investment Subsidy of 30% (up to ₹50 Cr) for projects up to ₹200 Cr, rising to ₹100 Cr cap for larger projects. Enhanced 40% subsidy for women, SC/ST, and differently-abled entrepreneurs.
